MULTI-AXIAL SIMULATION TABLE

This table provides 6 Degrees of Freedom (DoF) loads on the test specimen sub-system. It can simulate the heave, sway, surge, roll, pitch, and yaw accelerations.

To replay the road load profiles recorded on vehicles, the UTM control software integrates the MAST module and the THPC software to create the actuators input signals.

MULTI-AXIAL VIBRATING ACTUATOR

BIA Multi-Axial Vibrating Actuator provides a highly effective mean to simulate vehicle dynamic behavior (up to 100 Hz frequency).

This 6-DoF actuator is closed loop controlled through a 6-axis load cell. Each axis is independently controlled in force or in motion.

All the hydraulic actuators and hoses are integrated inside the structure to optimize volume and hydraulic power needs and to reduce risks of component damage.
 

6-DEGREE OF FREEDOM MOTION PLATFORM

TS2000 simulator is a 6-axis fully electric table designed to reproduce complex rotation and displacement motions. One of its applications is to evaluate dynamic behavior of specimen during road or sea transportation.
